GSS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,288 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSS-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02277, RALBP1P2, and MRPL32P1. Each is linked with GSS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSS-to-partner and partner-to-GSS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02277 grouped by GSS-low versus GSS-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSS→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
