GSN

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,687 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSN-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM119, SRPX, and PCOLCE. Each is linked with GSN in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSN-to-partner and partner-to-GSN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GSN versus TMEM119 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSN→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
