GSN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSN-associated genes across cancer lineages are p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, p62 Lck ligand, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with GSN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSN-to-partner and partner-to-GSN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182 grouped by GSN-low versus GSN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSN→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
