GSN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GSN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSN-associated genes across cancer lineages are GTSF1L, PDCL2, and SPDYE4. Each is linked with GSN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSN-to-partner and partner-to-GSN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GTSF1L grouped by GSN-low versus GSN-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSN→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
