GSK3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSK3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,681 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSK3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR527, RNU6-781P, and TRAJ29. Each is linked with GSK3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSK3A-to-partner and partner-to-GSK3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR527 grouped by GSK3A-low versus GSK3A-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSK3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSK3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
