GSDMD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSDMD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,695 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSDMD-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCO2P31, MIR1283-2, and RNU6-402P. Each is linked with GSDMD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSDMD-to-partner and partner-to-GSDMD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTCO2P31 grouped by GSDMD-low versus GSDMD-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSDMD→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSDMD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
