GSDMD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GSDMD mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,423 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSDMD-associated genes across cancer lineages are PYGB, DEF8, and TTC22. Each is linked with GSDMD in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSDMD-to-partner and partner-to-GSDMD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PYGB grouped by GSDMD-low versus GSDMD-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSDMD→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSDMD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
