GSC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 458 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC14L2, CENPM, and TCF20. Each is linked with GSC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSC2-to-partner and partner-to-GSC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GSC2 versus SEC14L2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
