GSC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL640P, RN7SL237P, and MIR4510. Each is linked with GSC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSC2-to-partner and partner-to-GSC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL640P grouped by GSC2-low versus GSC2-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
