Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSC2 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ Tcm and CD8+ Tem. Each is linked with GSC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSC2-to-partner and partner-to-GSC2 results are reported.
