GSC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,380 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SFRP2, SH3PXD2B, and CDH11. Each is linked with GSC in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSC-to-partner and partner-to-GSC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GSC versus SFRP2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSC→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
