GSAP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,023 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are PATL1, ZBTB17, and CYCSP44. Each is linked with GSAP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSAP-to-partner and partner-to-GSAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
