GSAP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GSAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRH, NPVF, and LEUTX. Each is linked with GSAP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSAP-to-partner and partner-to-GSAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
