GRWD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRWD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,413 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRWD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RUVBL2, LIG1, and PRPF31. Each is linked with GRWD1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRWD1-to-partner and partner-to-GRWD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GRWD1 versus RUVBL2 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRWD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRWD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
