GRPR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRPR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,149 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRPR-associated genes across cancer lineages are NIPA2P5, RPP21, and RNA5SP452. Each is linked with GRPR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRPR-to-partner and partner-to-GRPR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NIPA2P5 grouped by GRPR-low versus GRPR-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRPR→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRPR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
