Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRPEL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,613 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRPEL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCNB1, CDC25C, and GGTA1. Each is linked with GRPEL2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRPEL2-to-partner and partner-to-GRPEL2 results are reported.
