Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRPEL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 209 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRPEL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL808P, RNU6-364P, and MIR1283-2. Each is linked with GRPEL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRPEL2-to-partner and partner-to-GRPEL2 results are reported.
