GRPEL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRPEL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,629 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRPEL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPA9, RBM22, and LARS1. Each is linked with GRPEL2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRPEL2-to-partner and partner-to-GRPEL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GRPEL2 versus HSPA9 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRPEL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRPEL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
