Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRPEL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,184 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRPEL2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mitochondrial RNA catabolic process, Regulation of centriole elongation, and tRNA modification. Each is linked with GRPEL2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRPEL2-to-partner and partner-to-GRPEL2 results are reported.
