Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,200 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CNN2, MAP1A, and CNN3. Each is linked with GRP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRP-to-partner and partner-to-GRP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GRP versus CNN2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
