Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRP mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEP. Each is linked with GRP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRP-to-partner and partner-to-GRP results are reported.
