GRM8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRM8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 76 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRM8-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACC1, C-Raf, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with GRM8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRM8-to-partner and partner-to-GRM8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACC1 grouped by GRM8-low versus GRM8-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRM8→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRM8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
