GRM8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRM8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 688 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRM8-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLEC19A, SLC25A17, and TRMU. Each is linked with GRM8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRM8-to-partner and partner-to-GRM8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLEC19A grouped by GRM8-low versus GRM8-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRM8→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRM8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
