GRM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,562 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP2_S1234, CNTN1, and COL1A2. Each is linked with GRM1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRM1-to-partner and partner-to-GRM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GRM1 versus MAP2_S1234 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
