GRM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,200 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCER1A, CORO2B, and GCAT. Each is linked with GRM1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRM1-to-partner and partner-to-GRM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FCER1A grouped by GRM1-low versus GRM1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
