Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,232 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Positive regulation of viral process, and Regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with GRM1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRM1-to-partner and partner-to-GRM1 results are reported.
