GRM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,735 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are UFSP2, PPP1R3D, and RTCA. Each is linked with GRM1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRM1-to-partner and partner-to-GRM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UFSP2 grouped by GRM1-low versus GRM1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
