GRK5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRK5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,588 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRK5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GIMAP8, RSU1, and SEPTIN4. Each is linked with GRK5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRK5-to-partner and partner-to-GRK5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRK5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRK5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
