GRK5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRK5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,628 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRK5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAMP2, DIPK2B, and TAL1. Each is linked with GRK5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRK5-to-partner and partner-to-GRK5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRK5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRK5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
