GRK4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRK4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Akt_pT308, PDCD4, and TFRC. Each is linked with GRK4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRK4-to-partner and partner-to-GRK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Akt_pT308 grouped by GRK4-low versus GRK4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
