Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRK4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,560 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRK4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of autophagy of mitochondrion, Regulation of mitophagy, and Regulation of macroautophagy. Each is linked with GRK4 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRK4-to-partner and partner-to-GRK4 results are reported.
