GRK4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRK4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2A5, H3C11, and CD1B. Each is linked with GRK4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRK4-to-partner and partner-to-GRK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2A5 grouped by GRK4-low versus GRK4-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
