GRK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXO40, OR4D5, and MROH2B. Each is linked with GRK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRK1-to-partner and partner-to-GRK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
