Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRIPAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,501 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GRIPAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3663, MRPS27, and BUB3. Each is linked with GRIPAP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIPAP1-to-partner and partner-to-GRIPAP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3663 grouped by GRIPAP1-low versus GRIPAP1-high in GBM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRIPAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRIPAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
