GRINA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRINA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,805 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRINA-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTP4A1P7, RN7SL163P, and MIR6507. Each is linked with GRINA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRINA-to-partner and partner-to-GRINA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTP4A1P7 grouped by GRINA-low versus GRINA-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRINA→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRINA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
