GRIN3B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRIN3B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 358 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRIN3B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL7, RNU6-1127P, and RNU6ATAC5P. Each is linked with GRIN3B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIN3B-to-partner and partner-to-GRIN3B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL7 grouped by GRIN3B-low versus GRIN3B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRIN3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRIN3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
