GRIN2D

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRIN2D protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 4,247 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRIN2D-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AATF, BRCA1_S1524, and AHCTF1_S1160. Each is linked with GRIN2D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIN2D-to-partner and partner-to-GRIN2D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GRIN2D versus AATF in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRIN2D→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRIN2D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
