GRIN2D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRIN2D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,148 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRIN2D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cholesterol efflux, Transition metal ion transport, and Homologous chromosome segregation. Each is linked with GRIN2D in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIN2D-to-partner and partner-to-GRIN2D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of cholesterol efflux grouped by GRIN2D-low versus GRIN2D-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRIN2D→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRIN2D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
