GRIN2D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRIN2D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRIN2D-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF12, HCG22, and TRIM64B. Each is linked with GRIN2D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIN2D-to-partner and partner-to-GRIN2D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF12 grouped by GRIN2D-low versus GRIN2D-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRIN2D→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRIN2D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
