GRIN2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRIN2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,391 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRIN2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are OLFM1, ZNF25, and DNAJC18. Each is linked with GRIN2A in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIN2A-to-partner and partner-to-GRIN2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRIN2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRIN2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
