GRIN2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRIN2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,819 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRIN2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARFGEF3, SYNPO, and FUBP3_S296. Each is linked with GRIN2A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIN2A-to-partner and partner-to-GRIN2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRIN2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRIN2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
