Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRIN2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,101 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRIN2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRODH, SOX10, and SEPTIN3. Each is linked with GRIN2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIN2A-to-partner and partner-to-GRIN2A results are reported.
