GRIK4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRIK4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,657 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRIK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPSF4, LRRC14, and GPHN. Each is linked with GRIK4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIK4-to-partner and partner-to-GRIK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CPSF4 grouped by GRIK4-low versus GRIK4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRIK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRIK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
