GRIK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRIK3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 704 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRIK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHL8, TRPV1, and DDHD1. Each is linked with GRIK3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIK3-to-partner and partner-to-GRIK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KLHL8 grouped by GRIK3-low versus GRIK3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRIK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRIK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
