Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRIFIN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,113 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GRIFIN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are TOR signaling, Obsolete histone methylation, and Peptidyl-lysine modification. Each is linked with GRIFIN in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIFIN-to-partner and partner-to-GRIFIN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TOR signaling grouped by GRIFIN-low versus GRIFIN-high in STAD.
