GRIFIN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRIFIN RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 103 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRIFIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRERF1, PTPN21, and ATP13A4. Each is linked with GRIFIN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIFIN-to-partner and partner-to-GRIFIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRERF1 grouped by GRIFIN-low versus GRIFIN-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRIFIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRIFIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
