Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRID2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,222 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GRID2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF2C, SGO2, and SEH1L. Each is linked with GRID2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRID2-to-partner and partner-to-GRID2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIF2C grouped by GRID2-low versus GRID2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRID2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRID2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
