GRID2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRID2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 81 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRID2-associated genes across cancer lineages are p90 RSK, HER2, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with GRID2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRID2-to-partner and partner-to-GRID2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p90 RSK grouped by GRID2-low versus GRID2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRID2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRID2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
