GRIA4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRIA4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,725 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRIA4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PURA, DDAH1, and NOVA2. Each is linked with GRIA4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIA4-to-partner and partner-to-GRIA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GRIA4 versus PURA in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRIA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRIA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
