Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRIA4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,457 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRIA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC14L2, CRYBB3, and CYTH4. Each is linked with GRIA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIA4-to-partner and partner-to-GRIA4 results are reported.
